The 2024 Northern Territory general election will be held on 24 August 2024 to elect all 25 members of the Northern Territory Legislative Assembly. It will be conducted by the Northern Territory Electoral Commission.

The incumbent Labor government, led by Chief Minister Natasha Fyles, will be trying to win a third term in government. They will be opposed by the Country Liberal Party, led by Lia Finocchiaro.

Both leaders are women and both represent seats in Palmerston (Finocchiaro was once the member for Lawler's seat of Drysdale before changing to her current seat of Spillett).
